Platinum Nursing Care is continuing to welcome new residents to our home to ensure that we are there for those that need nursing and residential care.  The safety of our residents and staff is paramount and therefore we have a very clear admission policy and infection control procedures in place.

All of our staff have been updated in Infection Control protocols and use of Personal Protective Equipment to ensure the safety of our residents and staff during this challenging period and beyond.

All staff and residents have been Covid19 tested and all are negative.

Visitors are still not permitted into our home, which helps to ensure our Covid 19 negative status. We have continued to facilitate medical visits where necessary, but we have mainly been assisted by virtual technology.

We plan, in the near future,  to enable outdoor visits via a booking system to ensure that we keep social distancing measures.  This will obviously subject to fine weather!

Residents families have been able to keep updated through our Person Centred Software and also through telephone communication.
