My Father was admitted to Platinum Nursing care for Palliative care, following a period of time in hospital. After an initial visit to the facility and a conversation with the manager, I made the decision for my father to be placed in their care. He was treated very well and received excellent care.
Nothing was too much trouble, and they met his needs very well. My dad was both diabetic and had a rare autoimmune condition which greatly affected his skin. He had very complex medical needs, including a lot of prescribed medication. My father was there for a short period of time, and from my personal experience, he was very well looked after. I was made very welcome and so were his visitors.
At all times staff were helpful and kind. Providing feedback and updating me on his condition. Everything was done to make my dad as comfortable as possible.
The nursing staff were attentive and met his needs, calling the doctor when needed and following medical advice. Thank you all for everything.
