QUALITY
At Evergreen Manor, we believe that residents deserve the best we can give them – quality in all we do, say and provide.
We expect our staff to take responsibility, not only for the care that they provide but for also improving the system within which they work. This assists us to continually improve the care and meet the changing needs of the resident whilst delivering the best care possible.
CARE
We use Person Centred Software which ensures that all our residents have appropriate, up to date care plans and their care is managed effectively throughout the 24-hour period. This is monitored on her main computer by the Registered Manager, who can act upon any given situation as it arises.
PRIDE
We want our residents to have a pride that they are able to fulfil their daily lives and continue to maintain their self-respect, whilst our staff are supporting them with their day to day healthcare needs, but also that our staff can be satisfied with their achievements.
HAPPINESS
We endeavour to help our residents age well and maintain their health and independence. We give them choice and control over decisions affecting their daily lives. We want to involve their family members to ensure that the whole family are comfortable and relaxed and are as involved as the want to be in the care for their loved one.
Knowing that we can care for our residents in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, gives us at Evergreen Manor the satisfaction that we have made a difference and brought happiness into the lives of each one of our residents and resident families.
